Roscoe Mountain Club Cancellation Policies

Note:  These policies are a reflection of the Roscoe Mountain Club policy 

Cancellation Policy

I hereby affirm that I am aware of the cancellation policy set by Roscoe Mountain Club and Pickleball Vacations.

Timeframe

  • More than 90 days prior to arrival

    Refundable

  • Between 45 and 90 days prior to arrival date

    Non-refundable but you will receive a credit for a future stay at Roscoe Mountain Club.  Credit to be held for one year

  • Less than 45 days prior to arrival date

    Non-refundable with no credit

Early Departure Fee

The Hotel may charge a one-night room charge at the group rate as compensation for the harm

caused to Hotel by unscheduled early departures.

  • An early departure fee may be charged if an attendee checks out prior to the attendee’s confirmed and scheduled departure date without notifying Hotel at check in.

No-show Fee

The Hotel may charge a one-night room charge at the group rate and the cost of the scheduled

arrival meal as compensation for the harm caused to the Hotel by No-Shows.

  • A No-Show fee may be charged when notice of cancellation is given on the scheduled day of arrival.

Force Majeure Policy

 In case of event cancellation due to inclement weather or force majeure (i.e. hurricane damage to resort, Pandemic) guests will receive a voucher from Pickleball Vacations to join a future  event without any additional fee replacing the same room category that was originally booked. No refund will be awarded and future pickleball vacations event voucher will be valid for up to 3 years.
